

Who We Are

Forging Futures is a charity that creates bespoke training and employment opportunities for young people and adults with learning disabilities and neurodiversity.
We believe that everyone can succeed if given the right support and opportunities.

Robyn
Robyn is the CEO of Forging Futures and designs and delivers our training programmes. She has over 20 years of experience working within education, most recently as a Specialist teacher and as Head of a Primary PRU. She has extensive knowledge and experience of working with children and young people with SEND and has spent most of her career dedicated to removing barriers to inclusion. Robyn is passionate about working together with young people, adults, their families and the local community to develop opportunities that create a lasting positive impact.

Osha
Osha is a founder-director of the Forge on the Green coffee shop. With her eye for detail and passion for unique art she has created an environment at the Forge on the Green which is incredibly beautiful whilst also being exceptionally welcoming, cosy and nurturing. Osha oversees the day-to-day running of the social enterprise coffee shop and co-delivers the Forging Futures
Cookie Project.
